VA Laws 2026

LEGAL WARNING: VIRGINIA ACCESS BLOCKED & PLATFORM LIABILITY RISK

Effective July 1, 2026, Virginia’s SB27 (Chapter 530) imposes sweeping, undefined, and open-ended liability on any entity involved in the manufacture, distribution, or marketing of firearm-related products.

This law is deliberately constructed to reach beyond direct sales and into speech, promotion, and exposure. It allows government officials, private individuals, and third parties to bring civil action based on subjective claims that marketing content, product availability, or business practices contributed—directly or indirectly—to risk, misuse, or so-called “public nuisance.”

There is no clear compliance standard. There is no safe harbor. There is no reliable way to operate within Virginia without accepting the likelihood of litigation.

STARTING JUNE 30, 2026 ANY PLATFORM THAT ALLOWS OUR CONTENT TO REACH VIRGINIA USERS ASSUMES THAT RISK.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • YouTube
  • Instagram
  • Facebook
  • Any ad network, affiliate system, or content distribution channel

If these platforms permit access to, promote, or distribute firearm-related marketing content into Virginia, they may be viewed as participants in that distribution under SB27 and exposed to legal action.

We will not rely on third parties to manage or mitigate that exposure.

AS A RESULT, ACCESS FROM VIRGINIA WILL BE PROHIBITED STARTING JUNE 30, 2026.

We are enforcing the following without exception:

  • No access to our website, products, or content from within Virginia
  • No sales, shipments, or transactions into Virginia
  • No marketing, advertising, or promotional distribution directed toward Virginia users
  • No tolerance for circumvention through VPNs, proxies, or third-party access

Any attempt to access, use, or interact with our services from within Virginia is unauthorized and will be blocked to the fullest extent technically possible.

This is not a temporary inconvenience. It is a necessary response to a legal structure designed to create liability where none previously existed.

We will not expose our company, our partners, or any associated platform to:

  • Open-ended civil litigation
  • Retroactive claims based on subjective interpretation
  • Financial penalties driven by third-party misuse
  • Compliance obligations that cannot be clearly defined or satisfied

IF YOU ARE LOCATED IN VIRGINIA AFTER JUNE 30, 2026: DO NOT ATTEMPT TO ACCESS THIS SITE OR ENGAGE WITH OUR CONTENT.

This restriction will remain in place unless and until Virginia law is changed to provide:

  • Clear, objective compliance standards
  • Defined limits on third-party liability
  • Protections for lawful commerce and lawful communication

Until that happens, Virginia will be a restricted jurisdiction. Access denied.

This liability bill was signed by Gov Spanberger on April 10, 2026.
